Convention and Exposition Fees
Registration fees include admission to convention sessions, exhibits, and all meal functions. The registration fee does not include lodging. A $50 per day surcharge will be assessed anyone staying at another hotel.

Full Registration deadline is July 5. After July 5 you must pay a late registration cost, and only a check or credit card will be accepted. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $50 administration fee will be assessed on cancellations made after July 13. Due to reservation guarantees, no refunds will be given after July 18.
Family participation is welcome at the evening meal functions (additional charges will apply). Please indicate the total number that will attend on your registration form. This will fulfill the reservation requirement.
