Who Should Attend?	NELAP’s Quality Assurance Manual states that all personnel must have proof of training in areas that are part of their job description. With this in mind I ask you, “Do you or your laboratory's employees have proof of this training in their file?”

Cancellation Policy	Cancellation MUST be received in writing. Those postmarked less than five days prior to the event will be subject to a service charge of $30. Registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the event are liable for the entire registration fee. You may send a substitute.
