Who Should Attend?

NELAP’s Quality Assurance Manual states that all personnel must have proof of training in areas that are part of their job description. With this in mind I ask you, “Do you or your laboratory's employees have proof of this training in their file?”

Member's fee for the first attendee: $90.00 (Dues must be current)
Additional attendees - member lab: $80.00
Non-Member Fee: $160.00

Fees may be paid by check–to NYAAEL or by Visa, MC, or American Express.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation MUST be received in writing. Those postmarked less than five days prior to the event will be subject to a service charge of $30. Registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the event are liable for the entire registration fee. You may send a substitute.

   

Directions and Hotel Information

From West: I-90, to Exit 24. Take the I-87 North to Exit 7. Follow to Route 9, Latham. Turn right at light on Route 9 North. The Inn is one mile on the right.

From East: NYS Thruway to Exit B-1 (Berkshire Spur). Follow to I-787 North to Route 7 West (Schenectady, Saratoga Springs). Take exit for Route 9. Turn left on Route 9 North. Inn is ½ mile north on right.

From South: I-87 N to Exit 23. Take I-787 North to Route 7 West (Schenectady, Saratoga Springs). Take exit for Route 9. Turn left at the light onto Route 9 North. The Inn is ½ mile on right.

From North: Take I-87 South to exit 7. Follow signs for Route 9, Latham. Turn right at light on Route 9 North. The Inn is one mile on right.

From the Airport: Complimentary transportation is available.

Reservations for The Century House can be made by calling (518) 785-0931. The corporate rate for attendees is $105 for a single/ double. This rate is only good until May 12th. Please call early. Mention that you are with NYAAEL.
